Love in a Mist is a wedding decorator based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. We create beautiful, meticulously planned wedding venues. From initial consultation to your special day, we will work with you to deliver a perfectly styled wedding venue.
We take your ideas and turn them into a beautiful reality, whether you are looking for something elegant, traditional, chic or modern. Preparations for your special day can be stressful. We will relieve that stress and leave you to enjoy your day safe in the knowledge that the venue will look both spectacular and beautiful for you and your guests.
We will also be there on the day itself to dress and set up the venue, and ensure that everything looks perfect and runs smoothly. We happily work with wedding planners or hotel and venue coordinators, providing a visual dimension to the occasion that they may not be able to produce. We let them do what they do best – the overall management of the day – and we complement their work by turning their venue into a beautiful space that is unique and special to the bride and groom.
The Design Process:
Here's how we work with you, to create the perfect venue styling package for your wedding.
Step: 1 – Client Research
Gather as much information as you can, look at colours or themes you wish to follow. Create mood boards and save images or other useful items you like. Take a look at our website and look at previous weddings.
Step: 2 – Design Consultation
Call to book an appointment at our show room and consultation area, remember to bring all your information with you. Here we will look at portfolios and view samples and products you are interested in. We will discuss your inspiration and we will talk you about your creative options.
Step: 3 – Venue Styling Package
Based on the research and design consultation we will make our recommendations for your wedding decorations and produce a quote. Finally, once the quote is approved the wedding will be booked in, and you can leave the rest to us.

Our wedding venue styling packages start at £995, including wedding decorations such as table linen, chair covers, table decorations, stationery and venue decorations. Whether you want a glamorous, crystal inspired wedding, a twist on the vintage inspired English tea party, or a spectacular theatrical event, we can capture and realise your dream.
We have access to a fantastic selection of props, decorations, accessories, lighting, china, linens and tableware, and we have the creative flair to turn any venue into a fabulous and enchanting space. Whether you are planning a chic, intimate affair or a fantastically flamboyant party, we will ensure that the presentation is perfect. We not only provide wonderful wedding decoration and artistic talent, but thorough organisation and meticulous attention to detail, too.
We know how important it is that nothing ruins your day, so we only deal with carefully selected suppliers whose work we love and whose professionalism we trust. We understand that every couple's requirements are unique. Our full wedding design service begins with an in-depth consultation to get to know you, your likes and dislikes, and your idea of a perfect day. We want your wedding to be a true reflection of you as a couple, as well as a magical, memorable occasion, so we ask questions to help us identify your personal style, tastes, preferences and passions. We will present you with a design plan and mood board, taking in every visual aspect of your day from the invitations to the table settings, the flowers to the lighting. We will work with you, amending and fine-tuning the details, until you are completely satisfied. From there, we will put those plans in motion, liaising with suppliers on your behalf, product and prop sourcing and providing as much assistance as you require in the build-up to the event.
